My tenants left cylinders while vacating the house. When contacted, Super Gas agency pick up their cylinders and refund rs.450 (pick up charges 50/-) per cylinder on the same day. No receipt is submitted. Nice service.

I have used their services for over a year. Pros & Cons below; Pros: - Easy to get the connection. - They were prompt with delivering the cylinders whenever you needed a new one. Cons: - The issue begins when you disconnect your connection. They will try every trick in the book to not refund the deposit amount (Rs1500) 1. They demand the original receipt for processing the deposit. I dont know how many people would be able to find the original receipt after a year. After some searching I was able to find mine. My friends who also used this service weren't so lucky. 2. After you provide the receipt, they will claim they will deduct 100Rs as pickup charges. 3. Onec you submit the original receipt, they will make all kinds of excuses to delay the payment. In my case, they had told me they would google pay it in 3 days. I had to call them everyday for 7 working days, before they finally transferred the amount. Until then their standard response was "its being processed, it will come by EOD". I think they hope people will lose track and eventually forget about this & they end up not paying the amount. Do i recommend their service? Sure, go for it if you need a gas connection without a lot of fuss. But keep in mind about the deposit refund part.
